上海嵘耀食品配料有限公司，包括其控股的上海智煊实业发展有限公司是由食品行业内资深专业人士组成的民营企业，注册总资本850万元，主要从事冷冻饮品（俗称冰淇淋）的研究。‘嵘耀’公司的业务范围侧重于配方的研发及原辅料的提供，‘智煊’公司的业务范围侧重于冷饮技术的培训及进出口的贸易。

Shanghai ROYAL Food Ingredients Co., Ltd. and Shanghai ZHIXUAN Industrial Development Co., Ltd. are private enterprises，which are composed of senior professionals in the food industry. The total registered capital is RMB 8.5 million, mainly engaged in the research of frozen products (called ice cream). Shanghai ROYAL Company’s business scope focuses on the development of the formula and the provision of all types of food raw materials, Shanghai ZHIXUAN Company’s business scope focuses on frozen products technical training & import and export trade.

近20年的企业建设和发展，我们具备了引领冷冻饮品新品研发的能力、原辅料的专业鉴别能力和全球采购能力，建立了ERP管理体系及管理软件，通过履行购销和不合格品控制流程，在采购、委加工、仓储、物流、销售、技术服务等各环节恪守食品安全准则。我们定期参加行业展会和行业峰会，相关工作常年赢得行业协会和客户的首肯。

供应合作
Cooperation with Supplier


我们与供应伙伴的合作基于两种模式：
一、将我们自身研发的、能改善和提升冷冻饮品品质的原辅料委托资质健全的供应商生产，用我们的品牌，由我们负责销售。
二、选择可应用于冷冻饮品的特色原辅料，与其供应商（生产商）达成代理或经销合作。

We cooperate with suppliers in two modes:
- Mode one is that the products are researched and developed by our self, but produced by suppliers with our brand. These products can help to improve ice cream's structure and flavor.
- Mode two is that we select special products and we cooperate with manufacturer / supplier as agency or distributor.
